PUBLIC SESSIONS MTB CORE SKILLS, TRAIL RIDER
The maximum on a Public session is eight riders and the minimum number is three, if this is not reached the session may be cancelled and you will be given the choice of other dates. 3.5 hour Saturday Coaching sessions £50 per rider

Our MTB CORE SKILLS sessions are suited to new riders that want to get off on the correct foot at the beginning or those that want to get those Mtb basic skill down before bad habits start to creep in.

Course includes:

  • READY POSITION
  • BRAKING
  • CORNERING
  • FOOTWORK
  • BODY POSITION
  • CLIMBING
  • DESCENDING
